Common Name: Black Cohosh.

Indications: Menstrual Cramps, Painful Menstrual Periods with upper back pain.

Safety Warning:

Directions:
Adults: Dissolve 4 pellets in the mouth 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a doctor. Repeat at greater intervals as condition subsides, or as directed by a healthcare provider. 
Children: 1/2 dose
